Gallstones. Severe menopause. Heart palpitations. Hot and cold flashes every single day.

My body was completely out of balance — lab work after lab work, ER visit after ER visit, my husband and I praying through all of it.

The doctors wanted to operate immediately to remove my gallbladder due to gallstones.

Then a specialist looked at my liver enzymes and expressed serious concern about what she was seeing.

I was sent to get more labs done to rule out liver deterioration. Her exact words to me were, ‘I will tell you when you need to start worrying.’

I knew I could not partner with fear.

That was my moment. I was not waiting anymore.

God led me to my kitchen and I began working with herbs, being consistent and intentional every single day. I prayed over every cup. And over time, my body began to respond and shift.
